We ask that a 50% non refundable deposit is placed to hold any kid(s) or adults that may be for sale. Deposits may only be refundable if we as the breeder refuse the sale or something unprecedented happens to the animal for sale, in which case we may offer a replacement or refund the deposit entirely.
Animals must be picked up in a timely fashion when an agreed pick up date is set. Those who stay beyond their pick up date may be subject to a $2 daily feed and board fee. I try my best to make this process easier for the purchaser and may assist with transportation within reason. Any other transportation options must be organized by the purchaser (at buyer's expense.) Due to biosecurity, once an animal leaves the property, they may not be returned. To assist in the health of kids, does are vaccinated 4 weeks prior to kidding and kids are given vitaferst to help combat deficiencies. We try our best with disbudding and tattooing, but no guarantees can be made regarding the success of either (particularly in bucklings) I ask that individuals coming to pick up their goats, wear clean footwear and avoid going in with the animals.
